1) Quit Spending Time With Toxic people a.k.a “Energy Vampires”

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with”- Jim Rohn

Toxic people are those around you who want to hold you back, discourage you from pursuing your dreams, or sabotage your success in any way.

These people also known as “energy vampires” feeds off your emotional, or physic energy.

An energy vampire could be anyone: a friend, a family member, a colleague or an acquaintance.

If you spend time with these people, your average will go down, and with it, your success.

Cut the dead weight, losers are losers and for the most part will remain forevermore.

Find those that challenge you for they are your true allies.

2) Quit Multi-tasking

Multi-tasking, the act of concentrating on many things at a time but never focusing on one thing is an indubitable way to failure.

You must pick one thing, and focus on that one thing with all the intensity and focus you can acquire.

Like Winston S. Churchill said:

“You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that bark”.

And successful people know this. That’s why they choose one thing, one area and then beat it into submission.

Cut out all the multitasking from your life, there are zero benefits doing it. Only negative.

3) Quit Social Media And TV

Impulsive web browsing and television watching are diseases of today’s society.

Nearly every person is infected with social media and television syndrome.

These two should never be an escape from your life or your goals.

If you can’t learn from it or earn from it then quit it and concentrate on tangible life experiences that can enrich your life.

4) Quit Unhealthy Lifestyle

The greatest wealth is health.

If you want to achieve anything in life, everything starts here. First, you have to take care of your health, and there are only four things you need to keep in mind:

5) Quit Procrastinating

Procrastination is the death of all achievement.

Edward Young called procrastination the “thief of time” — but it’s actually worse than that because it not only steals your time, it also steals your future. It stops you from achieving important goals in your life and enjoying the level of success that you want.

If you procrastinate about simple things like picking up your dry cleaning, it might not make too much of a difference to your life (albeit, you may find yourself without clean clothes after a while).

But if you are putting off important goals, procrastination will severely impact your success in life.

6) Quit Negative Thinking

The greatest enemies to your success in life are negative thoughts of all kinds.

They hold you down, tire you out, and take away all your joy in life.

From the beginning of time, they have done more harm to individuals and societies than all the plagues of history.

Quitting porn will do wonders for your confidence, your energy levels, your ambition and your charisma.

When you stop watching porn and you stop giving yourself instant gratification from the pleasure of orgasm with a few mouse clicks well then you actually have to go out into the world and do something valuable to get the same pleasurable feelings.

Whether you’re male or female, when you stop watching porn and pleasuring yourself for nothing then will you elevate your value to attract real partners and this causes you to become successful.
